I've been a Texas REALTOR® for 27 years, spending the first 15 years in the Houston market before making Waco home more than 12 years ago. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of helping first-time homebuyers, growing families, luxury home buyers, executives relocating to Central Texas, and investors building long-term wealth through real estate.
What truly sets me apart is my background in finance.
I earned my MBA in Finance and spent years working in corporate financial planning and analysis, where I learned how to evaluate risk, analyze investments, negotiate complex contracts, and make data-driven decisions. Today, I bring that same analytical approach to every real estate transaction. Over the years, I've developed a reputation for being highly detail-oriented and exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to contracts and negotiations. As the Broker and Owner of The Village Realty Group, I also have the privilege of mentoring and supporting the agents on my team. I believe that great agents never stop learning, and neither do I.
