I specialize in both residential and commercial real estate throughout the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area. In addition to serving local clients, I also work with international buyers and investors, particularly those from Colombia, Spain, Portugal, and throughout Latin and Central America. Being bilingual and understanding the unique needs of international clients allows me to provide personalized guidance every step of the way.
Before beginning my real estate career, I spent more than 20 years in the energy industry as a geophysicist, where I developed strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. That experience taught me how to evaluate complex opportunities, minimize risk, negotiate effectively, and make informed decisions based on data—skills that continue to serve my real estate clients today.
Long before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, I was an active real estate investor. I have built my own portfolio of rental properties and understand firsthand the opportunities and challenges that come with investing in real estate.
